Lisa M. Bass
Lisa M Bass is the founding
attorney of Summit Chambers.
She obtained her Bachelor of Laws Degree
from the University of the West Indies
and her Certificate of Legal Education
from the Norman Manley Law School in
Jamaica in 1999.

Ms Bass has been called to the Bar in Anguilla, Montserrat
and the British Virgin Islands. She is also an associate
member of the Society of Trust and Estate Practitioners.
Outside
of her legal practice, Ms Bass has an active network of
connections with local and regional government and business
leaders. She is a member of the steering committee which
spearheaded the implementation of the Junior Achievement
programme on Anguilla in an effort to promote financial
literacy among the nation’s young people and is one of the
private sector volunteers responsible for leading the modules
in the High School.
Ms
Bass regularly contributes as a volunteer to the Anguillian
Children’s Library programme due to her keen interest in
promoting literacy and an appreciation for the written word
amongst the youths of Anguilla.
